Here's what you can and cannot do with the done-for-you sampley.me content:

You can:

• Can be sold 
• Can keep 100% of the sales
• Can be used for personal use
• Can add your branding, colors, logo and name
• Can modify/change the product description/landing page

• Can change product title, but ...

  Important: Make sure to include the Suffix "by Sampley Audio" in every Product title.

  Example: Mega Drum Midi Pack by Sampley Audio, Cheat Sheet Bundle by Sampley Audio, Mega Loop Pack by Sampley Audio, ...

• Can be packaged with other products
• Can be offered as a bonus
• Can be used as a lead magnet or content upgrade
• Can be used as web content
• Can be used in audio and video
• Can be used in workshops and webinars
• Can be added to your membership site

You cannot:

• Cannot transfer the private label rights to others
• Cannot be edited and renamed/Cannot modify/change the main product

  You are not allowed to modify/change the main product. You have to sell the products as they are. This means you can't change the content of the digital files. The digital files have to stay untouched.

  But you can still customize your marketing approach:

  • Custom branding: Add your logo and branding to product packaging and sales pages.
  • Personalized marketing: Create tailored messages for your target audience.
  • Product bundling: Combine multiple MRR products to offer more value and increase sales.
• Cannot claim full authorship with no attribution
• Cannot sell Resell Rights
• Cannot sell Master Resale Rights
• Cannot sell Private Label Rights
• Cannot syndicate articles
• Cannot be sold as a Kindle book (against Amazon's terms of service)
• Cannot be offered through auction sites
• Cannot be used in physical products
• Cannot sell or giveaway your license to the content
• Cannot be printed/published offline
• Cannot be given away for free

All sampley.me MRR customers are legally bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms of use have been put into place to protect our members. Please respect your fellow members and review and abide by these terms.

Violation of these terms is grounds for dismissal without notice or refund of pre-paid membership fees. If you have any questions about the terms of use, please contact us.

As A SAMPLEY.me MRR customer You CAN:

Use the content for any websites, blogs, ebooks, products, newsletters or email autoresponder courses that you own. If you do not maintain ownership of the website you may not continue to use the content.

Distribute, giveaway or otherwise sell the digital products without modification. Attribution, credit or link back to SAMPLEY.me is required.

Bundle the content into a free or paid product, or bonus for your customers.

Add affiliate links, product links, or other promotional content.

SAMPLEY.me Exclusive Content Marketing Tools

The content marketing tools are for your own personal use only. You cannot resell the tools.

Is the License Transferable?

The rights granted to you are non-transferable and non-sublicensable, meaning that you cannot transfer or sublicense the Master Resell Rights license to anyone else. 

This means you cannot re-sell, re-package, give away, or copy any of the content for the purpose of allowing your customers to give away or sell the content as their own. In other words, your clients can purchase the branded material from you, but they cannot brand it or sell it to others.

Anyone found to violate these terms will have their MRR License cancelled immediately and legel action will be taken.
