Digital Products are delivered instantly via email (2 mins. max.). You will be sent a link for your download as well as an order confirmation.

Sampley Midi and Sample Packs are 100% royalty-free and you can use them for commercial work/releases as well.
Redistribution of the banks and packaging are strictly prohibited.

Refund (Digital Products)

Returns & Refunds (Physical Products)
You have up to 30 days to decide if you want to keep your newly bought audio product, or not. You can find more information here.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@sampley.me.
If you think you’ve been refunded the wrong amount due to other any reasons, please contact us here and state your order number and the required refund amount.
