• 48H Cash Blast (Micro Jackpot): recurring prize draw every 48 hours for $25 PayPal Cash. If PayPal is unavailable to winner, Sponsor may substitute a €25 e-gift card (e.g., Plugin Boutique) or an equivalent prize of equal or greater value, at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

• Open to natural persons aged 18+ at time of entry.
• Open where permitted by law. Void in jurisdictions where this promotion is restricted or requires registration/bonding not obtained.

All times are based on Europe/Vienna (CET/CEST).

• Rolling 48-hour windows: Each Draw Window lasts 48 hours as indicated by the countdown timer on the site. If the timer is unavailable, a Draw Window runs from 00:00 on Day 1 to 23:59 on Day 2 (two consecutive days).
• Winner timing: One (1) winner is selected within 48 hours after the close of each Draw Window.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received outside the 48-hour Draw Window are void. Automated/bulk entries are prohibited.

• $25 PayPal Cash (ARV $25 USD). PayPal account and eligibility may be required to receive funds. If PayPal transfer is not feasible (including due to regional restrictions), Sponsor may substitute a €25 e-gift card or an equivalent prize of equal or greater value.

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash alternative except as stated. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

• Winners selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant 48-hour Draw Window.
• Winners will be announced on Instagram via video at @sampleyaudio and notified directly via email.
• Potential winners must respond within 5 days of notification or an alternate may be selected.
• PayPal payouts or substitute prizes are typically fulfilled within 10 business days after verification.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for each 48-hour Draw Window.

• Limit one (1) prize per person per six (6) months across all Sponsor giveaways.
• Limit one (1) entry per person per 48-hour Draw Window (regardless of entry method).
• Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant; no agencies or automated systems.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries suspected of fraud, manipulation, bots, or abuse.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and identity and may issue tax forms where required by law.

By accepting a prize, winners may be asked for permission to allow Sponsor to use their first name, first initial of last name, general location, and likeness for promotional purposes (including the Instagram announcement) without additional compensation, where lawful. Consent is optional and not a condition of winning.

Personal data is processed to administer the giveaway and will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Data may be stored in the EU/EEA or transferred pursuant to lawful mechanisms.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a Draw Window if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity.
• If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• These Rules are governed by the laws of Austria and the EU, without regard to conflict of laws, and disputes shall be brought in the courts located in Vienna, Austria.
