• Weekly “Producer Jackpot” Prize Draw (AKAI Mini MIDI Controller or $50 Plugin Boutique Gift Card or full order refund up to $14.99)
• Weekly Cashback Giveaway (full order refund up to $14.99)

• Open to natural persons aged 18+ at time of entry.
• Open where permitted by law. Void in jurisdictions where these promotions are restricted or require registration/bonding not obtained.
• Employees, affiliates, and immediate family/household members of Sponsor are not eligible.

All times are based on Europe/Vienna (CET/CEST).

• Weekly Draws: Each week begins Monday 00:00 and ends Sunday 23:59. One winner selected within 3 business days.
• Monthly Draw: Each month ends on the last calendar day at 23:59. One winner selected within 5 business days.

Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or received outside the entry window are void. Automated/bulk entries are prohibited.

• Weekly Producer Jackpot: One (1) prize per week: either AKAI Mini MIDI Controller (ARV ~ €49) or €50 Plugin Boutique e‑gift card or refund of winner’s order up to €14.99.
• Weekly Cashback: One (1) refund of winner’s order up to €14.99.

Prizes are non-transferable and subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

• Winners selected at random from all eligible entries received for the applicable period.
• Winners will be announced on Instagram via video at @sampleyaudio and notified directly via email.
• Potential winners must respond within 5 days of notification or an alternate may be selected.
• For refunds, Sponsor processes the refund to the original payment method when feasible; otherwise a suitable alternative may be arranged.

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for each draw.

• Limit one (1) prize per person per six (6) months across all Sponsor giveaways.
• One (1) free entry per person per weekly period and one (1) per monthly period.
• Entries must be submitted personally by the entrant; no agencies or automated systems.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries suspected of fraud, manipulation, bots, or abuse.

Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees associated with prize acceptance. Sponsor may require proof of eligibility and identity and may issue tax forms where required by law.

By accepting a prize, winners may be asked for permission to allow Sponsor to use their first name, first initial of last name, general location, and likeness for promotional purposes (including the Instagram announcement) without additional compensation, where lawful. Consent is optional and not a condition of winning.

Personal data is processed to administer the giveaways and will be handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Data may be stored in the EU/EEA or transferred pursuant to lawful mechanisms.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend a giveaway if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity.
• If any provision of these Rules is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• These rules are governed by the laws of Austria and the EU, without regard to conflict of laws, and disputes shall be brought in the courts located in Vienna, Austria.

• Apple/Instagram/Meta/Akai/Plugin Boutique are not sponsors of nor affiliated with these promotions.
• Trademarks belong to their respective owners.
